When is Arbor Day? We will celebrate Arbor Day on March 8, 2014 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. In California, Arbor Week is observed in March. National Arbor Day is celebrated on the last Friday in April, but most states however plan it to coincide with optimal planting season. To know where your state celebrates Arbor Day, visit this interactive map.
Where is Arbor Day this year? On Grand Ave, at Loma Vista St. The street will be closed for the occasion.
There will be shuttle buses taking volunteers from the Chevron parking lot (across the street from 324 W. El Segundo Blvd) to check-in areas on Grand Ave.
What can you do? Volunteer! Use the form below to sign up to volunteer with us on March 8. Sponsor a tree! Use the donation buttons below to sponsor new trees, or care for the coming years. A donation will get you the official Arbor Day T-Shirt!
